Bringing old and young together
Further to our letter back in December, I am delighted to inform you that we are now in a position to start our visits with the Swan House residents.
Following a number of meetings with the staff at Swan House, all risk assessments and policies have now been completed and we will be starting our visits when we return following the half term break. Initially these will involve the older children going across in small groups to meet some of the residents. However we do hope to be able to expand on these visits in the near future.
Parents of those children visiting Swan House will receive separate letters and consent forms in their trays. Should your child receive these forms please complete and return them to the office as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can only take those children where parental consent has been given. Should you have any queries or questions regarding these visits please do not hesitate to speak to either Sarah or Zena.
