January has come and gone and I hope your intentions for the New Year have stayed strong. Its never too late to reboot! Coming into the spring I would like to announce our first Farm to Table collaboration happening next month at Kahumana Organic Farm and Cafe- March 2nd.

If you haven't made the drive up to Lualualei Valley yet you are definitely missing out! Kahumana is a hidden gem on this island and has, not only an organic farm, but a cozy cafe that creates farm to table food weekly. We help source meat for them as well as sell fish directly from our fishing boat.
This upcoming event will showcase multiple chefs from around the island, an open fire cooking pit and lots of drinks included in the price. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the farm, which will be expanding production this year.
Weekly Market Update
We've got a great selection of beef, lamb, venison, and chicken but we are still limited on ribeyes and filet mignons. Order ahead if you would like to snatch some of those up. It looks like local pork will be available eventually but I'm unsure of the details at this point. Good news nonetheless!
