A look back at 2018 !
2018 was a record year for Step in Live ! From Rock Werchter and its 2015 working hours to Walking with Dinosaurs and its 213 contracts, through more than 85 concert and show productions and many other projects, last year was very eventful. What will 2019 look like ?

D6bels Music Awards
Concert and show
productions
One of our  stage managers and several stagehands were in January at the Média Rives in Liège for the D6Bels Music Awards. Among other things, they ensured that the platform changes were as smooth as possible throughout the live TV. Mission accomplished !
The year 2019 has started off with a bang in terms of production. Since mid-January, we have sent some 150 people @La Madeleine: Haroun, Tom Odell, FKJ; @Forest National/Vorst Nationaal: Snow Patrol, Parkway Drive & @Cirque Royal/Koninklijk Circus: Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats.

Our trained and qualified staff !
Since its foundation, Step in Live has paid particular attention to the training of its workers. Workers have therefore their licences for all uses of lifting equipment. Safety being one of our priorities, some of the staff have followed the VCA, BA4 and/or BA5 training courses. Our technicians and site coordinators are also trained in first aid.
Who work with us ? See excerpts of two crew members' interviews !
Antoine, 37, Brussels:
"The main benefits of our work are our contribution to the implementation of many events including concerts of all kinds and the direct sense of achievement and success."
"This job requires a real personal commitment. It's an exciting job for anyone who has a real interest in it."
Jacques, 48, Brussels:
"At first it was very impressive. After a couple of jobs, self-confidence sets in and it becomes easier."
"To work in the event sector you need to be a multi-skilled worker. The one who doesn't adapt doesn't usually stay very long."
Bright Festival

The 4th edition of the Bright Brussels Festival of Light will take place from 14 to 17 February and Step in Live is once again responsible for the technical & logistical coordination of the event.

From the map creation to the installation of twelve luminous structures in the historic heart of the city, our teams have worked hard to bring four magical evenings to life.
