Join us for WORSHIP
Be A Little Kinder Everyday!

At the beginning of the Epiphany we invited you to do some random acts of kindness and document them by writing them down on index cards. We would like to get your card with your acts of kindness between now and the beginning of Lent, which is Sunday, March 10th. The card can be anonymous. We would like to use them as inspiration for Lent and Easter.

😊Saying Good-bye to Katie Romanoski 😢
(Sunday, February 17th, following worship)

Our beloved Katie will be moving from Summit County at the end-of-the month to Lake George, New York, where her son and younger grandchildren live.
We have created many memories with Katie over the years. We enjoyed her art, her creativity, her management skills, and her passion for Christ's ministry.
Let us create a LOVE BOX for her with your cards reflecting on your relationship with her over the years. Plan on staying for cake on Sunday, February 17th, which will be her "last" Sunday. However, we will feel her spirit every Sunday as her beautiful banners hang in the sanctuary. We will miss you!

LOTM Website
Please, click once a day on our website link: http://lordofthemountains.org. The more "clicks" are there, the higher our position on Google analytics. Which means that when a total stranger is looking for a church and is using Google search for Lutheran churches in the area, our church website will show up first. Whether you read something or not on our website is irrelevant. You just need to open the web page once (or more times) a day. THANK YOU! pastor

Gratitude
On behalf of the Yak & Yarn group, we wish to thank the congregation and visitors who purchased our handmade items. It was a huge success with $872 going to the emergency fund. Special thank to our knitters Holly Holden, Sally Brown, Natalie Boyer and Rosie Tronnier and quilters Teresa Domzal and Leah Richert. We would love for you to bring your projects and join in the fellowship.

In November 2018, our Project- Water Wells for Rural Cambodians- was chosen as the recipient of the Second Offering.  The outpouring of support was extraordinary! Your donations totaled $3129! Thanks to 5 individuals who sponsored a water pump well to honor a family member and 1 individual who sponsored a cement pipe well to honor a family member. Additional monetary gifts from the congregation made possible 6 water pump wells –(#29-#34) Friends from LOTM-Dillon, Colorado, USA. 2018. So, in 2018 LOTM  brought clean water to 12 families and their neighbors!   Saron Soeun, our Project Manager, has received your money and the well drilling is underway! We will display pictures of the recipient families as soon as they are received. We are humbled and gratified to be a part of a generous and caring congregation. Thank you, Karen and Ben Little
