LAUSD Workshop Strand

The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is the second largest school district in the nation, enrolling over 640,000 students in grades K-12 in over 900 schools. They are constantly working to develop their staff and programs to better serve students. LAUSD will present a workshop strand of six promising practice workshops throughout the BOOST Conference.

Join fellow BOOSTers on a fun Tour de BOOST walk and a scavenger hunt around Palm Springs. This 3-mile hunt through scenic Palm Springs will lead you to some of Hollywood's most famous stars' Palm Springs getaways. Enjoy a beautiful Palm Springs morning, get some exercise, and best of all, connect with other BOOSTers as you figure out which Hollywood stars' homes you are going to visit!
