Happy February!

After the holidays and what seems like the very looooong month of January, it is always a treat to have a short month!  My Students and I always look forward to celebrating Valentines Day!  One of the things I like to do is to let them know all of the reasons why I love my class with a door display!

You can read all about it and get started on your own door here.  It's a FREEBIE! If you have gotten started too late, you can always do it on Valentines Day with all of the hearts at once, or pin it for next year!

I also have another Valentines Day freebie for upper elementary teachers - Adding and Subtracting Mixed Numbers Task Cards.

For even more Valentines Day inspiration, check out this Pinterest board.  There are over 180 ideas pinned right now and I am constantly adding as I find new ideas!

2. I am currently reading the newest Jennifer Serravallo book Reading Conferences and I will be sharing on the blog soon!  Until then, you can check out my book studies for her other books Reading Strategies and Writing Strategies.

3. My newest blog post is all about teaching school-wide behavior expectations.

4. My top selling resources this week have been my Mental Math Digits - check out the preview video to see them in action!  My students LOVE them and yours will too!  They are available in several different levels.
