March is here and now's a time when many of my clients start thinking about their goals for the months ahead. For some that means getting ready for swimsuit weather or tackling an event like a half marathon. Personally I'm following-up the February Kaiser half in SF with the Oakland half on March 24 and I'd love for you to join me!
