IMPORTANT PARENT MEETING
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2019

An important parent meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 26 (the Tuesday after Winter Break) for all band parents (including guard). Please save this date and make every effort to attend.
In this meeting, we will be providing pertinent information about upcoming band opportunities and events as well as holding the election for the 2019-20 SBBA Board.

 CHOP TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT
Sprayberry Band has been given the AMAZING opportunity to staff the H&F Burger cart with 2 cashiers and the Fox Bros. Barbecue cart with 2 cashiers and 3 runners, for a total of 7 people per event. These are very busy, high-sales locations which will give us the chance to earn a lot for our organization and for any other Sprayberry groups joining us. We will set the FP amounts soon! Please share this with any other Sprayberry booster organizations.
Our Braves / Delaware North contacts Ashley and Mike really appreciated our professionalism, our reliability, and our work ethic over the past two seasons. They "went to bat" for us, to secure these locations for Sprayberry. No other groups were considered for this opportunity. Let's really show our appreciation by getting our CHOP TEAM serving permits, and doing the training as soon as possible.

WINTER GUARD & BAND REGISTRATIONS
Membership has contacted families who have not completed registration by email (with registration materials). Please fill the registration forms out ASAP and get them back to the Membership Committee either by sending the forms with your student to class or scanning the completed forms and emailing them to membershipadmin@sprayberryband.com. These forms are required for every band student and are required for students that attend and are transported to and from band-related events, including LGPE and the fine arts trip. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
