My wish for all of us is that we find equanimity and equality in how we give and receive love harmoniously with self, others, and the planet.
Much love to you, friends!
Love is flying all around us. Are you catching some? Are you sending that love out to others? What about to self and planet? My wish for all of us is that we find equanimity and equality in how we give and receive love harmoniously with self, others, and the planet.
This is the time of the year that our farm friends are starting their seeds indoors to give us some produce love this spring. Our animal friends, such as the groundhog, are becoming more active and preparing for mating (read more about that here). Our beloved sun is shining more love upon us.
This is also the month that I celebrate my birth (thank you dearly, momma bear!). To celebrate, I will be heading to Puerto Rico for a yogAdventure and welcome you to help me pack a box(es) of love to take down to our lovely friends. I will be taking all donations to the heart of the island where they were impacted the most my Hurricane Maria in September 2017. See details below about how to help spread some love.
Interested in yoga and nature adventuring with OneTreeLove? Each adventure throughout the year is an opportunity to connect with love of self, community, and nature in group and private settings. Reach out in email, Facebook, or at the commUNITY gatherings listed below and on onetreelove.com to learn more. Tell us where you might like to adventure to in 2020; click here for yogAdventure trip poll.
See you in the woods and water soon!
With love and gratitude,
Lisa Meranti

Huge thank you to the wild women that attended the Women in the Wild: Creating Wild Retreat in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It was an honor to support this retreat hosted by our dear friend Claudine Grunenwald Kirschner of Vibrant Living and Leadership. Stay tuned for details on the Women in the Wild mini-retreat May 10 and 11.
Support the Trees
HUGE thank you to all those that supported Tour des Trees in 2018. Together, we raised $327,000 for the TREE Fund's work with tree research and education across the country. It certainly is (tree)teamwork that makes it all possible.Thank you for being part of the OneTreeLove team!
You can join the treerrific fun next year as the tour goes through Tennessee and Kentucky in September 2019. Don't want to ride, but want to support tree research and education? Donate to the OneTreeLove TREE Fund fundraising campaign throughout 2019 (click here to donate any amount).

Wellness Tip
Zero-waste. “Spark joy.” Minimalism.
You may have noticed some of these words buzzing around lately, especially in light of the recent Netflix series “Tidying up with Marie Kondo.” These ideas have been inspiring me to evolve over the past five or so years, from a mindless consumer to a more conscientious human. Here are a few ideas that you can start implementing today and spread some love to the planet!
Look in your trash and recycling bins. What things are inside that you didn’t really need, that could still be put to use, or that could be composted? Make a commitment to reduce your waste by even a small amount in the next week.
Refuse to accept items you know you don’t need like free pens, samples, and receipts.
Reuse the food containers you already have. Stash a few in your bag or vehicle so you can fill them up at the grocery store or your favorite restaurant.
