2019 Grow Your Business Forum

The Grow Your Business Forum is coordinated by East Gippsland Shire Council Economic Development Team. It provides a forum for local business and employers in East Gippsland to gain some insight, resources and ideas on how to take the next step when looking to expand your business. It is also viewed as an important networking event.
Key themes and highlights for the forum will include:
  • How to gear up your business to become an inclusive employer;
  • Business mentoring, is it for me and who can help?
  • Networking opportunities, what’s new how can I connect?
  • Business finance, get the best tips and hear how it is done.

Recovery Strategies
For
Business
The Small Business Mentoring Service has been engaged by the Victorian State Government to run a business assistance program for the next five months. The program consists of one to one mentoring sessions (up to five sessions), mentoring clinics and standalone workshops dealing with recovery strategies for business affected by severe conditions.

What do mentors do……
  • Help analyze business issues: Marketing, Finance, Planning, Budgeting
  • Identify business options & discuss advantages &  disadvantages
  • Help you to make your business better
  • Give you access to organizations that can help
  • Help build action plans based on your personal and business needs
To access the FREE mentoring support, visit the SBMS website, click on “I want to book with a Voucher”, type the Code DSCI5 and fill out your business details. Your mentor will be in contact within 72 hours
