Solo Ensemble Registration
Solo Ensemble Registration Forms are due MONDAY FEB 11. Mrs. Mac will be gone later this week and unable to accept late forms. She is the ONLY ONE who can register students for Solo Ensemble. Please turn them in ASAP. Remember to pay $15 to the Bookkeeper, Jolie Gilman and attach the receipt to the form before turning it in to Mrs. Mac.

Volunteer Opportunities!! We NEED you!!
Please take a look at the volunteer needs for the next few months at the choir signup link http://signup.com/go/VBWvzSE and for quick reference, the list below. The actual time required for most of these events is so small, and it's true that "many hands make light work." Volunteering at the concerts is especially easy. If you are attending anyway, please consider coming a little early to feed the kids, hand out programs or sell concessions. You are still able to fully enjoy the concerts.
Upcoming events where volunteers are needed
- Tuesday, February 26 (time TBA): OSU Choir Festival (CT only), chaperones needed
- Tuesday, March 5 (7 pm at West): Intermediate Choral Festival (Cantare & MIB), check-in & ushers needed
- Wednesday, March 6 (time TBA at West): Choral concert with visiting Concordia College. Food servers, Ticket sales & Ushers needed
- Wednesday, March 13 (7 pm at West): March Choir Concert (all choirs), pizza servers, concessions & ushers needed

Concordia Choir Concert
Wednesday, March 6, WSHS is hosting the Concordia Choir from Moorhead Minn. They are SPECTACULAR! Choir of the Titans and South Salem Symphonic Choir will perform in this concert. This is a ticketed event. Unfortunately, sponsors are not eligible for their usual seating for this event. We need parents to help. We need to feed the Choirs dinner that evening and will need ushers. Please check sign-ups for your opportunity to help. Tickets can be purchased: https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/4048944

Canada Trip News
May 23-27,2019
CT and Asteria will be attending a festival over Memorial Day Weekend 2019. Information was emailed. Monthly payments due on the first Monday of each month through May thereafter.
Students who are going to Canada... please make sure you have a passport by April 1.
Next Trip payment is due March 4th.
Parents/Guardians interested in chaperoning this trip:
Chaperone applications are due March 8th.
Only 6 applications have come in so far, and we typically need 10 chaperones.
Chaperones go free except for a few meals.
Please consider applying. Forms can be found on the website: westsalemchoir.org

Please consider donating outgrown clothing to our Choir Clothing Closet. We welcome black dress pants and both men's and women's black shoes. Donated items will be made available to students in need of them.
