- Get planning... if you're kind enough to be able to organise an event for us:
- Who is your event for? What will your event be? Where will it be? How much will it cost? Who can help provide a venue, volunteers, refreshments or even sponsorship? How can you make it the best possible day - smooth to run and wonderful to be a part of?
- Can your run more than one event and help reach our target of 2,000 events reaching 100,000 older people this year?
- Inspire others (colleagues, organisations, local councils, neighbourhood and community groups) to get behind a calendar of events and activities for older people for Silver Sunday in your local area, work sector or company. Do share this email with them and this Example of what's possible.
- Register your event or activity on our website so that older people and carers can find you on our 2019 Event Map. We've had our first registration from an early bird already!
- Follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and help us spread the word and inspire others to get involved using #SilverSundayUK
