Muséoparc Vanier is looking for you!
The Muséoparc is a non-profit community museum that works to safeguard and enhance the cultural and natural heritage of the Vanier neighbourhood in Ottawa. It is the only francophone museum in Ottawa and one of the few Canadian museums interested in francophones outside Québec.
Currently they are looking for a Volunteer Manager to work with the Muséoparc to oversee teams of volunteers for various purposes. French fluency is required.

Whether you are tracking volunteer hours, counting donor dollars, or planning spending for the month, you need to keep track of numbers and use them to plan for the future. Excel can be used to conduct planning, manage budgets, create charts, analyze data usage, and keep records.

This two-hour workshop offers a first look at becoming a board member for a charity or non-profit organization. This workshop invites you to a conversation about what is asked of you as a board member.
Participants will develop confidence and understand how they can make an effective contribution to the board of an organization.
