After a year of incredibly hard work, the day finally came when the Banking Royal Commission Final Report was released! CCLSWA travelled to Canberra to take part in the stakeholder 'lock-up' with CHOICE, Consumer Action Law Centre, andFinancial Rights Legal Centre as well as other Consumer Advocates and industry representatives from all over the country. We were given three hours to get a first look at the report before it was released to the general public, and importantly before the banks! Our initial observations, media release and the full report (all three volumes!) are now available to download from our website.
