BUSINESS MODELLING & VALUE PROPOSITION DESIGN WORKSHOP

SMART WORKING HEAT MAP

 

Wexford Local Enterprise Office, Abodoo and Bank of Ireland  recently ran an event in The Hatch Lab in Gorey to demonstrate and share how companies can embrace flexible working.

The recently published talent heat map indicates the variety and seniority of the skills available throughout Wexford. From the information gathered in creating the heatmap this breaks down into some interesting facts.

  • 9,000 professionals in administration roles
  • 8,400 in customer services
  • 7,800 in computing and IT
  • 4,800 in marketing
  • 3,600 in financial services. 

The conclusion is that adopting a smartworking model is a very attractive proposition.

Climate KIC accelerator deadline extended


Now in its 3rd year The Dublin-based Climate-KIC Accelerator is open again for applications.
Climate change and the wider sustainability agenda are opportunity hotspots. Do you have a business and want to take it to the next level? 
The programme is an 8-month, 3-stage programme, providing access to world class business coaches & mentors, access to a European ecosystem, and non-equity grant of up to €50,000 on completion of all 3-stages. Follow this LINK for more info and applciation requirements.

Feasibility Study Grant
 
The Feasibility Study Grant can provide up to €15,000 in match-funding to research the viability and sustainability of a product or service and/or develop a prototype.
