Lakeshore Dragon Parade
on KRON 4 News!

Special thanks to all Lakeshore students and families for participating in our annual Dragon Parade last week. Our lovely Kindergarteners led different "dragons" through the halls of Lakeshore while being cheered on by fellow students with applause, drums, and instruments. What a fun Leopard tradition!

We even made it to KRON 4 news!

Give the Lakeshore Book Room a Makeover!

The Lakeshore Book Room is getting a makeover! Our school has been lucky enough to be able to purchase wonderful new sets of books for teachers and students to use in the coming years, but we need some help to make our Book Room dreams a reality.

Ms. Streeter is looking for parents to come help label, sort and update our book room on Sat. 2/16 (10am-4pm). Come for the whole day or just for an hour, either way your help is appreciated! Questions or RSVP to Ms. Streeter if you're interested in helping out!

Annual Giving Campaign Survey Coming Home
If you didn't participate in the online version of the Annual Giving Campaign because you prefer paper, or if you need a Chinese version, now is your chance to share your opinion. Check your student's backpack this week for the paper version of the Annual Giving Campaign survey and return it by Wednesday, February 27. Translated copies will be sent home as needed and will be available in the office.

We will also continue to accept online surveys until February 27.

The PTA will report on preliminary results of the survey at the meeting on February 21, but those results are subject to change if we receive a significant number of paper surveys back. A written report will be shared in early April and we may discuss results further at the April PTA meeting.
