Senior Send Off needs volunteers- February and June
This PTSA sponsor event is amazingly fun! If you would love to join this fun, there are plenty of ways to help:
1. Simply come to school during lunchtime during the week of February 18 and be at our SSO table where information will be available to seniors about the event. You're sitting at a table, greeting all the students you know, passing out candy, and handing out forms. So easy! Sign up here.
2. Sign up for the night of the event (June 17, 8:30-10). Stay at school to check in students for the event. So easy! Only an hour and a half of your time. Sign up here.
3. Best opiton: Come with us to the event! Very cool venues, good food, and even better company! It is required that you be approved as a volunteer through the school district in order to chaperone. Contact Renee Baker directly about this option: sso@ehsptsa.org

An announcement, courtesy of EHS HOSA students
We are at peak season for the flu. It is important to be educated about how to prevent the virus when it does arise. It is easy for this virus to to spread to others, especially if you are a student at school or an adult in the workplace where you are surrounded by many other people (and their germs!). The CDC recommends not only an annual flu vaccine, but encourages frequent hand washing. We should not take public health for granted, and it is vital to unite together to prevent diseases from spreading.
For more information, visit the CDC's website here.
