One WKND

One Weekend is an incredible “summer camp style” weekend experience for students 6-12 grades. One Weekend will challenge students at all points in their spiritual journeys to pursue Jesus and the freedom He offers. This year we have an amazing line up of on-stage worship teams, speakers, and a Christian Rap artist.
Students will be grouped together by grade and gender and will stay in CBC host homes where they will build community with peers and engage in small group discussions. In addition, they will participate in 4 sessions at CBC on Friday and Saturday, culminating with a worship celebration with the rest of our CBC family on Sunday at the 10:00am service. God, Sex & Your Marriage

This event will have a good mix of laughter and Biblical teaching around sexuality and marriage. Dr. Juli Slattery of Authentic Intimacy, and Jonathan Daugherty of Be Broken Ministries, will share why sexuality is important to marriage and will give practical help to overcome roadblocks and build true intimacy in marriage. God, Sex and Your Marriage is designed for all adults. This conference will help you to understand the WHY behind sex in marriage and equip you for authentic intimacy. Click here to register.

Amazing Grace Retreat
Registration is now open! In 2019 our Amazing Grace Retreat will be held Friday April 5th - 7th at John Newcombe Tennis Ranch in New Braunfels. Amazing Grace Retreat is a retreat for every woman. No matter where a woman is in her walk with Christ, she will leave the retreat with a new level of intimacy with Him. The bonds formed with other women at the retreat will give each participant sisters to continue to grow and go through life with. As a result, this retreat fills up quickly.
We will depart CBC on bus at 4:30pm on Friday.
Prices are $185 (Shared Bed) and $210 (Individual Bed) please note all rooms are shared.

Kids
Kids Camp
Kids Camp is open to all current 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders. We take the kids to Camp Tejas for a 5-day overnight experience full of worship, fun, and friendship. Kids stay with their group and their camp counselor the whole camp, and enjoy lots of fun activities together like zip-lining, swimming in the lake (or pool!), attending worship services, and reading God’s word.
Camp Dates: Kids Camp is June 8-12 – for kids currently in 3rd - 5th grade

Promoting Healing from Hurts, Habits, & Hang-ups
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program with foundations firmly established in biblical truth. The 12 Steps, with accompanying Scriptures and the 8 Principles based on the Beatitudes, offer participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship- bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing, and the opportunity to give back one day at a time through our one and only true Higher Power, Jesus Christ. The 12 Steps and the 8 Principles work seamlessly together, tying historical recovery to timeless biblical teaching. Kids Host Team
Join the team who specializes in great first impressions. The host team interacts with first-time families to assist them in any way needed. They will help with check-in, taking kids to assigned groups, and walking parents through the checkout process.
