The Network Referral Program is back!
From 1 Fresh Check Day in 2012 to 31 in 2015 to 145 in 2018, YOUR voice and testimony is the greatest resource we have in growing the Fresh Check Day network of schools. In 2019 we hope to see 200 Fresh Check Days across the country! We are well on our way, with 130 secured thus far, but we need your help to reach this goal and in turn, impact more students.
We are excited to announce the 2019 Fresh Check Day Network Referral Program in hopes that YOU will be motivated and inspired to reach out to your networks to tell them what Fresh Check Day has meant to your campus and what it can mean to theirs'. In doing so you will be given the chance to earn some awesome prizes and swag for your school's next Fresh Check Day.

1. Each direct Fresh Check Day referral you make earns you one drawing entry.
*Referrals should be made via e-mail cc'ing lnelson@jordanporcofoundation.org
*Here, "REFERRAL" = Making a meaningful gesture to encourage another school to consider hosting Fresh Check Day on their campus, regardless of if they ever do.
- Only referrals made between February 22, 2019 and March 22, 2019 will be eligible for the drawing (though we encourage referrals at all times!)
- The more referrals you make, the more times you will be entered!
- TWO winners will be drawn at random to receive your choice of a box of program branded swag items or a $50 Amazon gift card to enhance your school's next Fresh Check Day!
- You must be part of an active Fresh Check Day school to participate (have either hosted Fresh Check Day or are scheduled to host Fresh Check Day in 2019)
- Make sure your referrals count by cc'ing lnelson@jordanporcofoundation.org on your e-mails (E-mail referrals must be addressed individually, rather than in mass group/undisclosed recipient format)

2. Refer a new school that hosts Fresh Check Day in 2019
*Here, "REFERRAL" = Your meaningful gesture to encourage another school to consider hosting Fresh Check Day on their campus resulted in that school ACTUALLY signing up to host a Fresh Check Day in 2019.
- For EVERY school to sign up to hold Fresh Check Day in 2019 as a result of your referral, receive your choice of a box of program branded swag items or a $50 Amazon gift card
- Up to 8 prizes will be given based on the first 8 new schools to sign up for a 2019 Fresh Check Day. Refer multiple schools? Get multiple prizes!
- The new school MUST reference you by name as their referral source in order for you to be eligible
- You must be part of an active Fresh Check Day school to participate (have either hosted Fresh Check Day or are scheduled to host Fresh Check Day in 2019)
