Responsible Reporting of Healthcare Information and Data
Responsible reporting of healthcare information and data is critical for organizational and patient accountability. This Unplugged is hosted by the Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) which supports a member network of community health centers that have a diverse and practical perspective on how data is reported to staff, patients, board members, partners, payers and policy professionals.
In this episode, the Iowa PCA interviews Mari Kaptain-Dahlen, chief executive officer at Siouxland Community Health Center (SCHC). Throughout her career, Kaptain-Dahlen has been empowered by the value of data as she focuses on bringing value to patients with their healthcare experiences and has been a leader in promoting process improvement and lean concepts of culture transformation.
