Food safety and sanitation classes

Dear Marijuana Industry Stakeholder,
The Public Health Investigations Division of the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE) has developed a new food safety and sanitation class for manufacturers, cultivation facilities, and centers/stores.

  • The first hour will cover basic food safety for food handlers at manufacturing facilities
  • The second hour will cover basic sanitation guidelines for marijuana handlers at cultivation facilities and centers/stores
When:  March 12, 2019, 2 - 4 p.m
             September 17, 2019, 2 - 4 p.m
Where: Denver Animal Protection
             Community Room
             1241 W. Bayaud Ave.
             Denver, CO 80223

There is no cost for the class, but a reservation is required.
