24-Hour Pre-Race Email

Hope you're as excited for tomorrow as we are! To help you prepare to run your best, we've put together a list of our Top 10 Tips for race day.

MANDATORY ITEMS!
AVOID A TIME PENALTY! There will be a 15-min time penalty per missing item. Please review our mandatory items list.
Volunteers will check you are carrying your mandatory gear before handing out your timing bands and chips.

RACE INFORMED & PREPARED!
1. Download the GPX files
2. Save the JPG maps
3. Review the full course descriptions
4. Check the available CP hydration and nutrition
5. Join the Race Director at 1:00pm, 30th March for a 30 min online meeting course briefing.
- We will share the meeting code here.
*75K participants please remember to bring your additional drop bag to the start line for CP6!

COLLECT TIMING BAND & CHIP!
Everyone will pick up their timing bands ON RACE DAY! Just show your bib to collect your timing band and chip from the Timing tent. Even if you've already picked up your Racepack, you will need to pick up your timing chip/band at the Start! If you haven't, please proceed to the Racepack Collection tent first.

SHARE YOUR RACE WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS!
Please wear your chip on your wrist throughout the race. A timing marshal will be stationed at each checkpoint and timing point. Please ensure they scan your timing chip before continuing -- No scan could mean a DNF! Please return your timing band and chip at the Finish.

KEEP YOUR BIBS VISIBLE!
Don't forget your bib! If you Upgraded or Downgraded your distance, pick up your new bib at the Racepack Collection tent at the Start on Saturday or Sunday morning.
We've partnered with Runnertag to bring your race photos directly to your inbox after you finish. For the technology to tag you in your photos, your bib number must be clearly visible upfront.

REVIEW OUR DID-NOT-FINISH (DNF) POLICY!

Having an off-day and can't finish? Please remember that you must notify us if you drop out of the race.

GET THERE IN STYLE!
Why not consider one of the following ways to get to the Start/Finish:

Shuttle Bus service: We have multiple shuttle buses from Admiralty, Prince Edward and Tai Wo
Drive: Park at Tai Wo Plaza and take the shuttle bus from Tai Wo to the Start.
GreenRideShare: Join the relevant WhatsApp groups to meet other runners and share a cab to the Start.

BAG DROP AND LOST & FOUND!
Bag Drop deposit located at the Start - your Bag Tag is now part of your bib, and can easily be torn away to be attached to your bag!
On race day, all lost property will go to the Bag Drop volunteers where a lost and found bin is kept.
