The Latest Citylets Quarterly Report for Q4 2018.
  •  Positive annual growth in the Scottish PRS at 5% with high demand in major urban markets for properties of all sizes.
  • The Edinburgh rental market rose a significant 7.8% YOY to average £1095 per month.
1LET Periodic Property Visits.

Alan Henderson provides insight into how 1LET carry out their Periodic Property visits (PPV's).
"Although we do want to have a look for any potential issues, it’s important to remember that that we’re visiting someone’s home, not inspecting it."  
Customer Service Developments.

The Team have been working hard on a number of exciting Customer Service developments for our landlords and tenants. Our new Tenant Welcome Pack and Periodic Property Visit reports are live now, and we will be launching our new Landlord Login next month (March 2019). We are really excited about these developments!

Scottish Parliamentary Working Group.

Proposals for new legislation to improve tenement maintenance have been put forward by a Scottish Parliamentary Working Group of MSPs and others. Click the link below to take the flat owners survey.
