Kickstarter Project 48% Funded, Campaign Half Over
It's been 17 days since we launched the Kickstarter Project to send our children's book Nema's Notes into production.
As of today we are 48% funded and have 13 days to reach our goal to publish the book. For those of you doing the math, those are some tough odds. Don't worry - those odds will not deter our spirit or our drive to make this project a success.
The greatest moments in history, be it sports, politics, or any other memorable endeavor, always seem to come down to the second half and happen against all odds. We are in it to win it.
All of those great moments were only made possible because of the incredible people working together to make them happen. That's where you wonderful folks come in!
For those of you who don't know, we are a small team - very small in fact - We are just two people working full time and a few volunteers pulling together to make dreams into realities.
To make this particular dream a reality, we have been hustling overtime, contacting media outlets and blogs, sharing videos, creating illustrations, writing releases and bobbing and weaving every which way we can to make Nema's Notes a reality.
Now, we are asking for your help - join our team and help us achieve this goal by sharing this project with friends, family members, and colleagues. The more folks who meet Nema, the better the chances are we will be able to share her story with kids everywhere.
