11:00 AM Saturday: CrossFit Open Class (no team WOD)
WHAT?
The #RaincityOpen Friday Night Lights!
Every Friday night @ 7PM for the next 5 weeks we'll be running a CrossFit Open class for #RAthletes to throw down the weekly CrossFit Open workouts!
We will also be replacing the 11AM Team WOD with a CrossFit Open Class for the next 5 weeks.

- Note: you do NOT need to register via the CrossFit Games website to take part in the #RaincityOpen

WHY?
The CrossFit open is an annual online competition put on by CrossFit HQ every year that used to be used to qualify for the next level of competition on the road to the CrossFit Games.
Since athletes are no longer trying to qualify for regionals we do NOT encourage you to register officially via their site - but we still love to take part in the workouts!
PRIZES
We'll be following (most) of the Raincity rules of competition for our in house weekly events:
- Look good (you all pass)
- Have fun (BYO_ for post workout!)
- Make Friends (throwdown with the #RAthletes you may not always see in class)
- Don't lose (as long as you show up your a winner in our books!)
Every week, any athletes who complete the workout during one of our CrossFit Open classes (times below) and submits their score via Competition Corner will be automatically submitted into a draw for awesome weekly prizes!
