Last Week Kingston Voluntary Action held its annual health conference

Covering Connected Kingston and Food Poverty, the themes of the event were welcomed with many attendees pledging to undertake further actions following on from the enthusiasm and interest sparked by the event.  For Connected Kingston, this meant promoting the site, signing up to Champion training or ensuring that their organisation’s details were included on the digital platform.

This is a  link to all the conference slides – particularly recommend looking at the Director of Public Health's presentation and Tulloch Kempe presentation on  Staywell and  how the Community Connector services works in practice.

Referrals- are they working for you?
Connected Kingston - making links, connecting communities.
We need your help to feedback into improving the Connected Kingston referral feature

Ayup Digital - the team that is developing the online tool is currently preparing to start work on the final design phase. If you have used CK in the last few weeks, you will noticed there have been big changes to the way the search engine works.

This change is as a result of feedback from CK champions and other stakeholders.  But we don't have any feedback about using the referral feature on the site - because only a few champions have made a referral.

What is stopping you making a referral?

Is there something we could do to make the process easier?   PLEASE feedback your thoughts and ideas, so we can include them in this next stage of development on the site.   Follow this link to share your ideas.
