|
 How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Praise be to you, Lord; teach me your decrees. With my lips I recount all the laws that come from your mouth. I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways. I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your word.

Have you wondered how your church can live healthier and make better choices? Join Washington Conference Health Ministries on March 16 from 4-7:30 pm in the Washington Conference auditorium in Federal Way for “Vibrant Life,” a free health seminar with guest speakers:

- Oscar Santana (Nutritionist)
- and Heather Reseck (vegan chef)
You will have access to expert help and tips on how your church can make better choices in healthy eating, nutrition, and living healthier lifestyles. Plus, look for ways on how you can be involved in future health events in western Washington!

Three Pathfinder Clubs Advance to Union PBE
During the annual conference level Pathfinder Bible Experience, three Pathfinder clubs, including two groups from Bremerton, gathered at Auburn Adventist Academy Church to test their knowledge on the book of Luke.
This year the Bellevue/Kirkland Sojourners, North Cascade Cascade Eagles, and Bremerton Mustard Seeds are headed to the Union level Pathfinder Bible Experience in Gladstone, Ore. on March 9!
