As the snow flies, we are heating up the event line-up at Badger. Whether its weighing your fitness level outside the gym, honing in on a skill or dialing into your nutrition, there's no excuse to give into the coming chilly days of the year.
 

February 18-22

This week begins the CrossFit Games Open aka The Affiliate Cup where participants are assigned to a team and battle it out for 5 weeks -- earning points for weekly challenges outside the gym alongside the Open WODs. Function and CrossFit -- The Affiliate Cup is open to any and all athletic levels because all workouts are scaled to ability.

New this year is Friday Night Lights, where Open WOD throwdowns are set for 5-8p on Fridays in lieu of Saturday mornings. Therefore, all Friday night Function and CrossFit classes will be cancelled.
