This Sunday in Worship

The first reading from Genesis on this coming Sunday describes how Joseph forgave his brothers their cruel misdeeds, and the gospel urges us to love our enemies. Come to worship, and receive the Spirit’s power to live in this countercultural way.

Thanksgiving at the Conclusion of a Call

This week, we will also celebrate the Thanksgiving at the Conclusion of a Call. This is the rite of Farewell and Godspeed, but it is especially appropriate when a Pastor leaves a faith community. Join us to give thanks to God for the ministry we shared with Pastor Mark over the past 3+ years, and bid them farewell.

A Raisin in the Sun

The UrbanPromise Trenton StreetLeaders read the play A Raisin in the Sun over the summer. A couple of the students have even participated in stage productions. As they talked about, and planned for, UPT's annual StreetLeader Black History Month Event, they came up with the idea of using the play as a teaching tool. Click below for more information!
