Additional Fees Reminder
We have late booking fees which will be strictly enforced
Late/Emergency Booking Fee:
The cut off for next day bookings is 5.30pm, so any bookings made by phone after this will incur the £3.00 late booking fee in addition to the session charge, per child.
This fee is added on to your account.
Late Collection Fee:
This is charged at £1.00 per minute per child if you collect after 6pm.
This fee is added on to your account.
Non-Booking Fee
This is charged when a child is brought to the club without the parent/carer having first booked and paid for them through our website. We will not be able to accept a child without first speaking to their parent/carer.
If we have space and you confirm with us that you want your child to attend that day, the session will incur a £5.00 non-booking fee in addition to the session charge, per child.
If the club is fully booked and you fail to collect your child from school, we will not be able to accept your child at PLAYtarium. The school will implement their uncollected child procedure.
Up to Date Child Details
You need to ensure your child details are up to date and correct - especially your child's class. When you make a booking you agree to our terms and conditions that include confirming your child details are up to date and correct. We have introduced a fine of £2.50 per child for out of date information. We have decided to introduce this fine due to the time involved in finding the correct class in the mornings, and finding children at collection time due to the incorrect class being on their account.
