MUST READ: 
1. Monarch Park door opens to the public at 6pm, program starts at 7pm.
2. Everyone must pick up tickets at the registration desk, even if you didn't buy food. No ticket - no access to the auditorium and cafeteria.
3. Chris Giard will replace Megan Sheremata in the program. Megan sends regrets and promises to return next year!

When you arrive at the school, proceed immediately to the registration desk to pickup your ticket. Tickets are in the envelopes and addressed to the last name of the person that PAID for the tickets. For example, if I booked and paid for your ticket, it would be in the envelope addressed to GUSEV/A, not in the envelope addressed to you. For group bookings, only 1 person should visit registration desk to pick up the envelope with ALL tickets for his/her group members. Lastly, the ticket says FRIDAY 6:30PM, but I moved it up to 6PM.
          Parking
If at all possible, attendees living in the Toronto area should use the TTC to get to the event. 
Those coming from farther away should have priority for the few spaces available. 
What few parking spot existed next to the soccer bubble are even more reduced. You will not find a parking spot there. Consult the Green park map in this document
Food

We learned last year that many people who ordered regular meals actually loved (and ate) vegetarian food - at the dismay and disappointment of those that ordered "V".  Let's be more considerate this year, make sure you line up at correct table.

SPECIAL MEAL request will be served at the last table, and will have individual names on them. If in doubt, ask one of the servers.

          Name Tags
I found only a handful in the old box from last year and realized - you must have them! Please bring them back :) I also bought more. MUST WEAR them at all times. No badge - no access to meals, books, auditorium! Drop them in the box on your way out. I'll save them for next time.
          Reminders:
  • Bring your drinking mug
  • Bring cash to buy books
  • USD exchange at PAR, sorry
  • Please pitch in to wash dishes
  • Leave your car at home
  • No book sale during lunch break
  • print program at home - no local copies available
