The EFCC committee met last night on conference call and voted to extend the quota for A Champs to 95 athletes. Please find the registration and invitation information at this link: CLICK HERE Congrats to all the athletes!
Please RSVP ASAP to invitations@easternfreestyle.org if you are unable to attend, so the alternates can be alerted. The first round of invites will not expire until Monday, Feb 25 at 6pm.
Championship Season Invite Dates:
- State Champs - February 18th at 6pm
- ECS "A" Champs - February 21st at 9pm
- Young Gun Champs - March 4 at 6pm
- Junior Champs - March 4 at 6pm
Championship Season Registration Procedure:
- The invitation and registration link will be sent out via the Eastern Newsletter.
- Invited Athletes must accept their invitation within 48 hours of the initial posting by registering for the event. IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND, please send an email to decline your invitation to: invitations@easternfreestyle.org so we can alert the alternates at the earliest possible time. "Expired" invitations show a lack of respect for fellow competitors.
- Athletes that move onto the invite list after the initial posting will have 24 hours to accept their invitation by registering.
Quotas:
- Please review the Eastern Rules Addendum for quota information. Girl to boy ratios for each competition will be determined from the points list used to create the invite list.
Petitions for Entry to the Championship season may only be filed by a Program Director. Here is the link to file the petitions.
