Hello Dancers,

This Sat,Diederik teaches Class to Jamis teaching the Class to Jam.

Communication is a delicate matter..
It goes without saying that within contact improvisation, 'dance is communication'. However, the obvious is easy taken for granted and so in this coming up Class we will identify and focus on the various levels of communication and aim for a conscious application. To be able to fully enjoy the depth of connection in dance, we need to allow the body to whisper, to express its subtle articulations in expression and needs. And we need to be able to receive and respectfully meet its conditions..
Warming up to meet those conditions this Class we will be one of exploration, expression and listening..
You are invited to join in and enjoy..

Open for all levels of experience to learn something.
After the class, there is some more time to practice your CI-moves and enjoy your dancing with the others that join the JAM from 16u-18u!

Place: De Wittenstraat 100, Amsterdam
Building of Zaal 100,
Ring the bell of "Studio 100"

Date: every Saturday
- class*: 14:00-16:00
    (see who is teaching above)
- jam: 16:00-18:00 (or untill a bit later sometimes)

Cost*:
   - € 15,- for the class & jam
   - or € 5,- for jam only
Please, bring (exact) cash.

* As every Saturday, for the class and jam you can just drop by to dance - no registraiton is needed.
But for the class it is nice for the others to be well in time, so we can all start on time: Arriving from 13:45.
For the jam, you can drop in at any time.
