It's been heads-down work around here for the last few weeks, so less focus on frequent communication and more on getting stuff done. Here we go...

Megan and I wrapped up the LP design and quickly sent off the audio files and the center label art to the pressing plant. I'm expecting test pressings soon. The gatefold jacket files were sent to the printer, shortly after the vinyl got underway. Megan is now working on the CD packaging, which will be an 8-panel digipkak, similar to "Within The Walls," "Gift Givers," and the re-issue of "True Crime."  CDs take a lot less time to produce than vinyl does.

Intrinsic Action - 15 June 92 - Underworld - NYC - with Final Solution. This was only a couple of months after I moved to Brooklyn and I didn't have a fixed lineup. Chris from Final Solution joined me again and Zippy from Mentors and Sheer Terror was kind enough to help out. Intrinsic Action photos by Greg Scott.


24 June 93 - Spiral - NYC - group shots feature members of Whitehouse, Intrinsic Action, Dead World, and Candiru. This was the first night of the Whitehouse/Intrinsic Action tour.

Intrinsic Action was an industrial/power-electronics band, founded by Mark Solotroff in 1984, in Chicago, and dissolved in 1995, in New York, when BLOODYMINDED began.

The Fortieth Day is the duo of Isidro Reyes and Mark Solotroff, both key players in the heavy-electronics outfit BLOODYMINDED, a band known for its aggressive and confrontational live shows. In The Fortieth Day, Reyes and Solotroff utilize guitar, bass, drum machine, and analog synthesizer to create epic, blackened, psychedelic-industrial drone soundscapes.

Creaig Dunton at Brainwashed wrote an extremely positive review of my last two solo releases, taking into account the broader landscape of my use of synthesizers, including Super Eight Loop. Andrea, Paolo and I have been pushing forward with plans for recording the new album in Milan. Sunday morning videoconferencing has helped us get on the same page.
