CCMBM Musculoskeletal Events & Opportunities
The Core Center for Musculoskeletal Biology & Medicine (CCMBM) defines itself
by emphasizing musculoskeletal-specific education and services that are critical to its members but not available elsewhere in the university system.
Neha Dole, PhD

“CCMBM provides an opportunity for growth of their junior investigators like me through their voucher programs, pilot feasibility grants, and workshops. I am particularly thankful for the CCMBM sponsored pilot feasibility grants, as it is one of the few grant programs that provides the international young investigator stage like myself to participate. This grant funding will be crucial for me to support the research that is independent of my PI's research focus and will aid me in gathering enough data for my K99/R00 proposal that will launch my academic career.

It is through CCMBM's excellent workshops and seminars that I have been able to get the expertise of Dr. Wenhan Chang for microCT and ELISA assays. This collaboration has been extremely helpful for my published, on-going and up-coming research.”

-- Neha Dole, PhD, Assistant Researcher, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery
