Before you do anything in your ministry, determine why you are doing it. God has a plan for you – and He has plan for your team.
Pray about your ministry's purpose. Determine why you are going to do this, put it in writing, and make sure those you work with know it too.

|
It's really easy to get caught up in the nitty gritty of rehearsals, making props, and performing, but don't lose sight of this: The team’s purpose is ministry to others. The director’s purpose is ministry to the team.
Remember, you will be a positive influence and role model for those you work with. You are training people to use their gifts for God. Your team should always be your priority, not the presentation.

Meet Linda MacAuslan
|

We're thrilled to announce that Linda MacAuslan is returning for FCP 2019!
Linda co-directed Patchwork Puppet Ministry with her husband and past FCP President, Ray, for over 35 years. For over a decade, she has been leading workshops and speaking on puppetry, construction, and ministry topics for events, retreats, and conferences.

Linda has since relaunched the puppet ministry with a new generation of puppeteers for "Patchwork Gen 2."
Most recently, she served as the 2018 National Conference Devotions Leader, taught the sold-out "Full Body Puppet Construction" workshop, and led our hugely popular "Basics of Puppet Construction" Live Workshop in January. We can't wait to see what she has in store for FCP 2019!
