Booklist for the Well-Read Child

Over the last few years, I have been working on a series of booklists for the “well-read” child. That’s right…a reasonable amount of twaddle-free, beautiful books sifted through by quality, not quantity.

“Well-read” might sound a little snobbish but all it really means is that your child will get to feast on some of the best literature out there and you won’t have to rack your brain or spend hours scouring the internet to figure out what books fit that criteria. I’ve done all the heavy lifting for you.

There are lots of worthy booklists floating around that you could choose from, but Booklist for the Well-Read Child will help you prioritize your reading. It will remove the burden of trying to decide which books are absolutely worth your time and which books are great options if you have time.

Read living books, avoid twaddle, and immerse your child in rich language.
