TID BITS:

Thanks to our Community Resource Officer, Constable Darren Wrzosek of Calgary Police Service. Darren attends our monthly board meetings. In an effort to reduce auto thefts CPS has launched Operation Cold Start. Darren would like to remind everyone to avoid leaving cars running, unlocked and with keys present.

A Little Free Library is one small step to becoming a more neighbourly community. Are you interested in building and/or installing a Little Free Library? This brochure from the Federation of Calgary Communities will get you started or visit littlefreelibrary.org

Some community members have expressed concern about the number of near misses at the 4-way stop at the intersection of Evergreen Street and James McKevitt Rd. SW. The most effective way to get the City’s attention is to call 311 to request traffic lights be installed.
