Happy Hearts & Flowers Day!
I love Valentine's Day. It's a day for spreading love, giving and receiving notes, flowers, candy, hugs and kisses. This day has fond memories for me of classroom valentines, cupcakes and cut out hearts.
I've never attached a lot of emphasis on having or needing a specific Valentine. For me, it's always about spreading love, feeling love and sharing joy.
I suppose that's freed me up in the past from feelings of sadness if I was experiencing a lack of romance. I've just always enjoyed spreading love on this day and choosing to love myself, even when romance wasn't present in my life.
Today, I'm very fortunate to have a wonderful husband to share Valentine's day with, but that's only one aspect of the day for me. Girlfriends, family, Spirit all get some attention on this day. That includes you, my wonderful clients. I so appreciate you.
Most of you know that I truly believe we all benefit when we circulate love. When we treat each other with kindness everyone feels better. When we choose love over fear and offer our deepest gratitude to the Divine, our lives are blessed in immeasurable ways.
Making a practice out of choosing love, offering our issues, fears, and doubts over to Divine Source, keeps us in a constant state of prayer. We begin to align with what matters most in our lives. It's a muscle we can develop and when we do, our inner strength increases carrying us forward to experience our dreams.
It's about the law of reciprocity. Giving and Receiving equally and with grace.
