VIDEO CAMPAIGN
We know that it's much more interesting to hear testimonials from real people, rather than just simply reading through their stories on paper. As such, we wanted to introduce you to seven of our female colleagues (all CEMS alumnae) - please watch the videos included below (links are embedded in the pictures) to hear about their perspectives on their experience at McKinsey so far, and also on how doing the CEMS Programme helped them in their career so far.

Claudia is a CEMS alumna, her home school was the NOVA University Lisbon in Portugal and her host school was the Sydney University in Australia.


Ana Dijakovic - Fellow at McKinsey Vienna
Ana is a CEMS alumna, her home school was the WU Vienna University in Austria and her host school was the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.


Reka Kassay-Farkas - Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey Budapest
Reka is a CEMS alumna, her home school was Corvinus University of Budapest in Hungary and her host school was ESADE in Spain.


Lena Bell - Fellow Associate at McKinsey Cologne
Lena is a CEMS alumna, her home school was the University of Cologne in Germany and her host school was Adolfo Ibanez University in Chile.


Nahla Kaddoura - Associate at McKinsey Dubai
Nahla is a CEMS alumna, her home school was the London School of Economics in the UK and her host school was the University of Sydney in Australia.


Isabel Eichwald - Fellow Associate at McKinsey Cologne
Isabel is a CEMS alumna, her home school was Erasmus University in the Netherlands and her host school was University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.


Adriana Cola - Associate at McKinsey Milan
Adriana is a CEMS alumna, her home school was Bocconi University in Italy and her host school was Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

 

UPCOMING EVENTS

1 - NEXT GENERATION WOMEN LEADERS – 24-26 May, Paris




We are very excited to announce that applications for the new edition of our Next Generation Women Leaders event are now open!

This exclusive three-day workshop will take place in a chateau outside of Paris, on 24-26 May 2019. We invite female students, graduating no later than in 2020, and professionals with fewer than 8 years of work experience who are based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa to join us and take the next step in their leadership journey. If you would like to find out more about the event from one of the former attendees, please tune in for a Facebook Live session on Friday, 22 February at 16:00 CET.

We are planning a live interview led by our European Director of recruiting and one of our own McKinsey colleagues who attended the event few years ago.
