March presents us with plenty of opportunities to heal, to move forward and to progress into better awarenesses. It all starts with a not-so warmly welcomed Mercury Retrograde on 3/5 in the emotional sign of Pisces. However, this time our review of the past is met with an emotional softness, thank you Pisces, because Pisces' transparent waters dissolve defenses!

During this same time we are blessed with a New Moon, also in Pisces, so be sure to come in on Tue, 3/5 to connect and manifest in our New Moon Women Circle.

This month's Full Moon in the sign of balanced Libra coincides with Spring Equinox! How lovely for us to get to balance and be resurrected in Full Moon Gong, Yoga and Meditation on 3/19 with Sat Sangat who will have just returned from Yoga training in China! 

I am excited we all will be feeling the calmness from the storms in this next month! So be sure to take part in our beautiful classes and share the love!

In our Friday evening Aerial Thai classes, we lower the hammocks and focus on gentle movements, deep stretches and profound relaxation.
 

To ensure your Friday evening is the perfect end to your week, we are now incorporating Aerial Thai assisted stretches for a supportive and expansive experience.
This practice is for anyone who wishes to have the experience of relaxation and weightlessness. We just ask you wear comfortable clothing without jewelry or zippers and come ready to receive a deep stretch and gentle practice.

Space is limited to 8 students per class.

We're welcoming Sat Sangat back from her Yoga training in China, during this powerful Libra full moon and Spring Equinox! This is an opportunity to come together in community for spiritual connection and growth. We will work with various breath and movement, healing sound currents and Gong meditation.

What is Ashtanga Yoga?

Ashtanga Yoga, which literally means “eight-limbed yoga”, is a system outlined in the yoga sutras attributed to the ancient sage Patanjali. The eight limbs or requirements to achieve full Self-realization. Ashtanga Yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. This type of yoga is challenging, quick-paced, and just the thing to open your tight hamstrings, hips and shoulders. If you're a runner, cyclist, skier, rider, climber, swimmer, or have a Type A, high-energy, can't-sit-still kind of personality, sign yourself up for Ashtanga yoga. Come practice with Marlene who's just returned from studying Yoga in India!

Sound Meditation is a mindful practice, which sometimes is not easy. Thoughts of the day come up, past issues, future endeavors. Finding yourself making a list of what to do when you’re done rather than tuning out so you can go within.
Join me as we do just that, tune in to go with in, and journey to a different dimension of your mind. Spend the hour setting a intention, letting go, and letting the Universe take you. Absorbing the vibrations of the ancient sounds from the gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, and chimes, allowing you to tune out the outer world, transporting you to a special place helping you find the answers to questions you have.

Feel free to bring any pillows or blankets that you may need to make yourself comfortable as you will be lying down for an hour.

We are switching our Friday evening schedule just a little to allow you more relaxation and a graceful flow! 
So instead of having Restorative Yoga at 5:30 and Yoga at 6:30, starting this month Yoga will now be at 5:30 on Fridays followed by Restorative Yoga at 6:30.

So come get your flow on and then stay to relax and restore in these two lovely classes shared between Margaret & Sam.
