The QLD Department of Housing & Public Works (DHPW) has proposed clearing 5.4 hectares of bushland in the Belmont Koala Forest.
This forest totals over 550 ha of bushland, east of the Belmont Hills, of which 340 ha is under the stewardship of the State Government. These bushlands are critical habitat and form part of a vital fauna movement corridor.

Our B4C Boomerang Bags team has been busy creating unique and sustainable upcycled bags, cutlery wraps and even fabric platypuses!
A big thanks to those who have been providing us with great pre-loved and surplus fabric.
We've also developed a 'premium' range. These special bags are extra fancy and have had additional time put into them. They make fabulous gifts. They are various prices. And we still have our great standard bags at $4. We've got more exciting items about to be added to our range soon too.
You can purchase our Boomerang Bags goodies at our office (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm). We don't have EFTPoS sorry.
