Mini Retreat, Saturday, March 9th 2-6pm, Forest Hill
It doesn't look like I will be doing my usual Spring weekend retreat at Forest Row this year, so join me for the mini-retreat instead. (On that topic, I am trying to book a weekend at an Ashram in Glastonbury for the Summer Solstice Weekend 21st -23rd June).

I've been looking at the top 5 regrets of the dying and it included 'I wish I hadn't worked so hard." We can get lost in the doing and achieving and endless job of trying to please others. And what I hear from many people is that they struggle to deeply relax, or put their self-care as some kind of real priority, but when they do everything changes for the better.

So I Invite you to give yourself the permission to marinate in your Self with this nourishing, energising and deeply relaxing event with myself and a group of lovely women.
