I took B-School last year while I was pregnant with my second son, and watched videos while I was soooo incredibly tired from first-trimester fatigue.
The fact that it was on-demand, that the videos were short, around 8-10 minutes, and I could brainstorm while I was doing other things (like picking up the house, or laying in bed), made it easy to keep going. I’d watch one video in the morning before my kids got up, and then I’d have a bunch of ideas come to me while I was at breakfast with everyone.
I even found myself excited to watch videos while on maternity leave (don’t tell my boss…).
This year, I'm going to take B-School again, and I'm also going to invite people to come join me if you want to take it and learn along side me.
This year, in 2019, I'm offering a private coaching group for people who want to take B-School together alongside me.

Every month we'll meet and talk about one of the B-School modules and dissect what you've learned, how you're implementing it, and what you're working on in your business.
