"Be brave enough to start a conversation that matters." -- Margaret Wheatley
As a current or former client of mine, you know that the two most important takeaways from my sessions are totake action and start having gender conversations. That's why I created the Free Staff Meeting in a Box: Gender Conversation QuickStartersnewsletter.
I believe so strongly in this helpful tool that I want to offer it to everyone at your company for FREE.
Several clients distribute the newsletter throughout their organizations to enhance and continue the work we've done together. They either house it on their Women's Resource Group intranet and send a notice to colleagues when a new one arrives or they pass it through to all of their members when it comes out. It's a simple, sustainable, action-oriented tool for Women's Resource Groups, which can often be challenged with limited budgets and programming ideas.
Here are a few of the most popular newsletters from the past year. Consider using them as follow-up programs to your IWD 2019 events:
One easy step you can take today to enhance your Women's Resource Group offerings:
While anyone can subscribe to the newsletter individually, I know that security and firewalls are often an issue. I don't want access to your database or have 100,000 people added to my database. I just want to support you as easily as possible! Share this email with your network, your ERG sponsor and programming chair and invite the person curating your newsletter, intranet or women's leadership portal to sign upfor future updates.Or for the personal touch, contact my project manager, Erica Rountree (erica@ywomen.biz), and she will add your leadership team to our direct client list.
Finally, if there is anything I can do to better support you, please reach out to me directly at jthalter@ywomen.biz. I hope you have a terrific month celebrating all the accomplishments of women!
My favorite takeaway or comment from an attendee was, “I was rather skeptical when I saw you invited a white male to keynote a women’s event, but now I know why!”
