Growing Up Green is Good - The more of one's childhood spent close to greenery, the lower the risk of mental health problems later in life.
Arts Education Improves School Engagement - Adding time for dance, theater, or visual arts isn’t at odds with traditional measures of academic success. Giving students more access to the arts offers measurable benefits.
A Roadmap for Teaching the Whole Child - The promotion of social, emotional, and academic learning is not a shifting educational fad; it is the substance of education itself.

WILLOW HARVEST AT LOUTET FARM
|
|
We're a week away from Spring Break, my friends. But in the meantime, planning for our Festival of the Arts is coming along smoothly and we're building up excitement and looking forward to sharing with each of you. The linked letter went home with students earlier this week; if you are a parent of a child in Grades 2 through 12, be sure to read it carefully!
Many blessings
