Although its just February, we are already in preparation for our 2019 Titans Fall Football Season. We are very excited at SCYFA that we have the opportunity to work with the youth in our community. Our #1 Priority has always been and will always be "The Youth Come First."
SCYFA made a big change last year by moving to GCPFL and we are happy to report that last month the GCPFL board voted us in as an official chapter with full voting rights. Thanks to you all for being the example in youth football, and representing SCYFA to the fullest. Now in 2019, let's LEAVE NO DOUBT...WE THE BEST!!!
LEGACY PLAYER DISCOUNT PERIOD
Beginning March 1st thru March 23rd, we will open registration for ALL returners to sign-up and receive $120 Off Registration (Candy Fundraiser Exemption). Each returner that signs up will be exempt from our Candy Fundraiser. After March 23rd, ALL fundraisers will apply to registration for returners.
2019 FOOTBALL REGISTRATION FEE INCREASE
Over the years, our organization has worked very hard to try and keep our registration fees reasonable for participation. We've analyzed our yearly budget and have found that increased operating cost has impacted our budget and require us to make some adjustments. Last year, there was an increase in cheer fees due to increased cost and additional cost associated with the cheer competition. Football Registration will be $325 effective March 1st.
This increase is due to the increase cost to our organization for game field rental fees, security fees on gameday, referee fees, league dues, league insurance cost, and increased uniform and equipment cost. It was a hard decision to raise this fee, but some increases are out of our hands. We try to help with registration cost as much as possible by offering discounted registration for our returners. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

- Football Registration $325
- Cheer Registration $300
- "Legacy Player" Discount Period March 1st-March 23rd, ALL returners can register and receive $120 OFF registration (Candy Fundraiser Exemption). Pay Registration Fee + $100 Raffle Fundraiser thru March 23rd
- Mandatory Fundraisers - $100 Raffle Fundraiser, $120 Candy Fundraiser
- Optional Buyouts - Concessions Buyout $50, Candy Buyout $100 must be accepted during registration
- Open Registration begins March 15th for New Participants
- March 23rd Registration & Equipment Sizing at Dicks Sporting Goods 10a-2p
- April 27th Registration & Equipment Sizing at Dicks Sporting Goods 10a-2p
- Refunds - 50% refund after April 31st, No Refunds after June 15th, Fundraisers Non-Refundable
NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION SITE
We look to begin online registration for returners on March 1st. GCPFL has went to a different registration tool and we will have to update our registration site. We hope to have this completed by March 1st. We will keep you up to date with this change.

The Shadow Creek Youth Football Association is your organization and you can directly affect your child’s experience in it. Our Board of Directors is always on the lookout for willing, enthusiastic volunteers. All too often, we as board members have heard someone say "How can I get involved," “Why don't the league do this," "I could have helped with that," "I know how to do that.” or “Hey, I know someone who could have done that a lot cheaper!” Well, now is your chance to speak up and let us know what you can do and who you know.
