Happy March! If you're like me, you're chomping at the bit for spring to happen or at least get rid of this frigid weather! I am so looking forward to warm weather, the sun, flowers, freshly mown grass and all the other sights, sounds and smells of spring and summer. Heck I'll even take some rain.
First we have to go through the first Mercury Retrograde of the year which goes from March 5 to March 28. It happens 3-4 times a year when Mercury seems to go backwards or what is called retrograde. Mercury rules communications and travel, so it is a good time to make sure all your computer data is backed up and take a bit of extra time if you are traveling. It is advised that you don't buy electronics or sign on the dotted line for something big like a home during this time unless you are already in the process of doing so. The reason being is not all the information is available at the time. Mercury rules electronics and communication so things can go awry there. You don't want something coming back and biting you on the butt because some crucial information was left out!
However there is more to Mercury Retrograde than that. It is an excellent time for gathering information and going over your recent decisions to make sure you are making the right one. Making sure you have ALL the information you need to make an informed decision. It is a time for rest and realignment.
Having said that, projects or ideas you have already been working on are fine to sign and complete during a Mercury Retrograde cycle. That is because you have already been working on it! It isn't a NEW project started up during the retrograde cycle.
