Elderflower 2019 is shaping up to be as wonderful as ever on the musical front. From high energy, larger than life performers like Hope and Social and Chainska Brassika, to new and exciting emerging talent like Otis Mensah, Gwenifer Raymond and Opus Kink. We have wandering troubadours, a full on brass band, arresting Americana and a beatbox workshop with record-breaking wordsmith SK Shlomo, plus so much more.

And when the live music stops, it’s your chance to hear your all-time top tunes under the stars at our shiny new late night DIY DJ silent disco. Submit your selections of 3 floor-fillers here for a chance to take to this year's stage (absolutely no experience necessary!)...

Dress up and dance!

Our big family dance off was so much fun last year we're bringing it back with a brand new rivalry theme for you to choose your team. We thoroughly encourage fancy dress and you should feel free to be as wild and outrageous with your attire all weekend.

On Sunday afternoon, after the So Sussex family picnic, we invite you all to dance your socks off as part of the Insect Circus vs Monsters from the Deep! One lucky family will be crowned family dance-off champions and win 2020 festival tickets!

Join the insects or monsters and bust your finest moves. You can also pre-order one of our 2019 themed T-shirts in our new festival shop.

BIMM BRIGHTON ARE BACK

The British and Irish Modern Music Institute return this May to showcase yet more brilliant student acts in a Friday night takeover of the Woodland Stage.

The collaboration provides BIMM’s live performance students with the opportunity to reach new fans and also offer the opportunity for some of its non-performance undergraduates to gain valuable work experience in areas such as stage management, production and event management.

Once you're set up on Friday night head down to the Woodland Stage, relax into the festival, and show your support from some first-class emerging talent.
