1st stirring, then awakening, we pause & tune into the breath.  Don’t move or open your eyes just yet. This is a huge practice!  Learn to awaken from the inside out. Quality, daily yoga practice takes work but it is SOO worth it.  Today’s challenges can be met with clarity, wisdom, & insight.  Here you will practice, sense & feel with your body, mind & spirit. Poses are the process of opening up the pathways of communication from inner wisdom you already have. Blocks of tension, holding, injuries, fear will all come up.  With support from Holiday, the yoga community & YOU progress will happen!  

Wisdom of Yoga workshops are FREE for teens, full-time teachers of teens & veterans. Continuing education credit is available for yoga practitioners.
